Can I make changes to the reports within BatchMasterPFW or SagePFW?
Yes! The reports must be changed using Crystal Reports.
How can I get online support from Sage?
As long as you are current with maintenance, you have the capability to access the Support area on the Web. You will need to register your company to obtain a user name and password. Go to http://www.sagesoftwareonline.com/eservices/main/frmlogin.aspx to request access. You also can download the latest patches from this section.
What is the difference between Material VOC and Coating VOC?

Material VOC - has to do with raw materials (the items that go into a formula and make a finished goods)

Coating VOC - has to do with the volatile organic content that you will find in the finished goods once they are made (these would come from the raw Materials that make up the formula)
